A newly constructed apartment complex in south Tampa has been sold for just under $47.8 million. The Watson, a 205-unit luxury garden-style apartment community located in Tampa, Florida, was acquired by Advenir Living and the property has been renamed Advenir at The Watson. The community comprises three three-story buildings and one two-story building with fiber cement siding, plus four detached garages. The Advenir at Watson's architectural design is Old Florida-inspired, featuring open floor plans and nine-foot ceilings, efficient kitchens with upgraded appliances and quartz countertops, wood grain plank flooring, and ceiling fans.
