Southie Industrial Site Financed for $26M

Oliver Street Capital has financed 420 E Street in South Boston for $26,620,000 through TD Bank. The 88,256-square-foot industrial warehouse/manufacturing space was constructed in the 1980s and offers ample loading, parking, and ceiling heights. Oliver Street acquired the property this past December for $48,398,629.00 from Alexandria Real Estate.
