Standard Communities Celebrates Groundbreaking for Jefferson Plaza Apartments
Standard Communities celebrated the commencement of construction on Jefferson Plaza Apartments in Woodbridge, VA. Once complete, Jefferson Plaza Apartments will consist of seven buildings with 240 apartments that will house what we call the heroes of our community. The property will be restricted to 60% of the Area Medium Income, allowing those who are the backbone of our society – nurses, first responders, firefighters, teachers, and many more – to work and live in the community they serve. The community will feature a 3,000 square foot club room and co-working space, a fitness center, bike storage, playground and recreational area, direct access to a public park, greenspace and a dog park.
