TCC Boston Breaks Ground on NH Industrial Project
TCC Boston and Diamond Realty Investments, Inc. hosted a groundbreaking ceremony last week for 50 Robert Milligan Parkway in New Hampshire. The JV will deliver a 323,750-SF Class A industrial building to the market by the end of 2023, bringing much-needed quality logistics space to the supply-constrained Greater Boston Industrial market. The new Class A rear-load facility will feature 36’ clear height, 48’ 4” x 52’ column spacing, 53 dock doors, an ESFR fire suppression system, LED lighting, as well as 2,000 square feet of office space. The building is designed to be multi-tenanted, capable of servicing users ranging from 50,000 to a full building user.
