The Note Apartments Open in North Jax
Fansler Construction announced the completion of a 290-unit apartment project in North Jacksonville this week, answering a growing demand for multifamily housing in the area.
The Jacksonville-based contractor, in partnership with developer Chance Partners, recently wrapped up construction on The Note Apartments, a luxury complex on Hyatt Road off Max Leggett Parkway.

Chance Partners is a Jacksonville real estate firm specializing in high-end residential and mixed use communities. The company’s portfolio features several other developments in the Jacksonville area, including Eastborough Apartments, San Marco Promenade, Barlow Apartments, and The Exchange.
The Note is now leasing to residents and features three four-story buildings and three 2-story carriage homes with tuck-under garages. There are one, two and three bedroom options, with each unit equipped with 10-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and smart home technology.
The community is also home to extensive outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen, while the indoor clubhouse hosts a coworking space, 24-hour fitness center, game room, pet spa and a Starbucks Coffee Bar.
