Total Demolition Permit Request Filed for Site of Proposed Tower in Miami
A permit application has been filed for the total demolition of the properties on the site of One Bayfront Plaza, a 92-story mixed-use tower in Miami. The application includes plans for the demolition of 535,000 square feet. Interior demolition began earlier in 2023. The mixed-use project has plans for hotel, residential, and office space. The building will rise 1,049 feet over Biscayne Bay and its square footage will total over 2 million square feet.
