Updated Plans Presented for Arlington Multifamily Project
Hoffman & Associates & Snell Properties have presented updated plans for the multifamily project at 4600 Fairfax Drive in Arlington. The number of units in the larger 7-story multifamily building has been reduced from 475 to 432. Plans for the smaller building on the site have also been adjusted. Instead of 1 townhome-style building the new renderings show 3, 5-story triplex buildings with 12-15 units in each.
