Upton Place Now Pre-Leasing
Upton Place on Wisconsin is on its way to completion and now pre-leasing at 4K Wisconsin apartments and The Parc residences. The development will include 689 multifamily residences atop approximately 105,000 square feet of prime retail space. Set to deliver in Q4 2023, Upton Place is located in proximity to the Tenleytown-AU Metro station in Cathedral Heights and adjacent to the City Ridge development.
