Ward 4 Senior Living Project Tops Out
DAVIS has celebrated the topping out at Riggs Crossing Senior Residences, a visionary project in DC that will soon provide affordable, comfortable, and secure living spaces to independent adults aged 62 and older! Consisting of 93 new units, this development is an essential step towards addressing the pressing need for affordable housing for seniors in the area. The project also marks the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing's first venture within the District.
