Zoning Amendment Requested for Williamsburg Lot
Aptly named, 824 Metropolitan Avenue Owner LLC has requested a zoning map amendment for 824 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg Brooklyn. This amendment will facilitate the development of an eight-story mixed-use residential building. The building would have 36 housing units, with 11 permanently dedicated to affordable housing. Included would also be 7,000 square feet of commercial space. The proposal is currently in the public review phase.
