Residential units will include 44 one-bedrooms, 49 two-bedrooms and 2 three-bedrooms. Resident amenities will include a courtyard and landscaped garden.
280-290 Warren Street will be constructed in two phases. Phase One will construct a four-story building containing 51 mixed-income residential units and ground-floor office space to be occupied by Cruz Development Corporation; the Phase One building will be named the Dr. Michael E. Haynes Arms building. Phase Two will construct 44 elderly housing units with 4,050 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
A total of 102 vehicle parking spaces will be constructed at 280-290 Warren Street. A two-level, 74-space above-ground parking garage will be constructed as part of Phase One, and an additional 28-space parking garage will be constructed as part of Phase Two.
