Updated Plans Presented for Phase 2 of Roxbury Project
Cruz Development has filed a Notice of Project Change for the 2nd phase of the mixed-use project at 280-290 Warren Street in Roxbury. Phase 1 of the project, a four-story building consisting of 55 units of housing and 7,284 square feet of office space is now complete. Prior approved plans for phase 2 called for 44 units of elderly housing now a total of 48 affordable units are proposed. Plans also include 3,483 square feet of commercial space and 24 garage parking spaces. In addition, the Phase 2 building will meet Passive House sustainability requirements.
