Removal of the entire 2 story mechanical structure and the 8th floor roof and exterior and interior walls down to the 8th floor slab. Work to include the installation of permanent structural infrastructure elements of the building for the future proposed development of the site and structure as per plans to provide the necessary structural support for the proposed demolition. All necessary and required temporary shoring for the proposed demolition will be submitted as a shop drawing to DCRA prior for review and approval an issuance of a secondary permit prior to commencement of any structural demolition that will not be supported by the new proposes structural infrastructure work.
