Install (1) 2" EMT conduit through the floor to the 1st level with circuits for (8) 40 amp chargers (#6 thhn copper). Supply and install (1) 18x12x4 junction box in the ceiling above the chargers. Drop out of the ceiling into the top of (2) dual pedestals to feed the new chargers -(1) 1" liquid tight with (5) # 6 thhn copper to each).
