The second building, 20 CityPoint, will contain approximately 200,000 square feet of office space and started construction in Winter 2018. 20 CityPoint will be anchored by engineering firm Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, who has leased 110,000 square feet. 10 + 20 CityPoint is located just off Interstate 95/128, a short drive from Interstate 90, Route 2, Boston and Cambridge.
