About The Bottling Plant
Fredrick, Maryland
The former Coca-Cola bottling plant is to be redeveloped into an 86-unit residential building and retention and conversion of a 9,200 sq. ft. portion of the historic building into commercial space. The plans will incorporate elements of the historic building, including the Coca-Cola sign in front, which is a requirement of the site plan.
The design of the four-story apartment building, planned for the rear portion of the 5-acre lot, will match that of the historic building as well, complete with flat roofs and brick materials and smooth-faced stone.
The building will feature amenities such as a pool, fire pits, an outdoor area, clubhouse and other elements typical of a modern apartment building.
