Permit Details: Mtech will create a 25' tunnel to replace the existing drain line under the building We will cap off one of the toilet flanges and install all new 3 schedule 40 PVC drain to tie into the existing main drain going to the man hole Once the tunnel is complete we install the new piping and have it inspected Then set 4 piers for foundation support and back fill the access hole The only line that has been inspected by Mtech is the one we are replacing so when complete we will perform a hydrostatic test on that section before backfilling If additional drain repairs are needed we will make recommendations to customer After all is complete we will remove spoils and clean area We don't know the condition of the existing main going to the manhole and once the building drain is exposed we will camera that drain to insure it is in good condition before tying the new drain into it
