Founded by a team of landscape architects in 1970, Daft McCune Walker provided professional landscape architecture, land planning, and site design services. In the 1980’s, the company added civil engineering, surveying and environmental services.

While headquartered in Baltimore, DMW opened a second office in Frederick, Maryland in 2006. This period of growth included the addition of experts in water and wastewater infrastructure and zoning services to enhance the firm’s capabilities.

In 2012, DMW made the transition to an MBE/WBE firm, which has enabled us to expand our public sector clients and expand services at the state and local levels.
