Boomerang Development Group is a Brooklyn based real estate development company, specializing in sourcing new opportunities for residential development in the NYC tri-state area. Our mission is to build homes that people want to live in. This is the most simple, yet important aspect of the development process that is sadly often times overlooked. Through years of experience in this market we understand that living in NYC could be a hectic place, but coming home shouldn’t be. When considering a project and throughout the entire process, our core focus is on the end user. That at the end of our day, we have developed a property that someone will be happy to come home to at the end of their day. The principals are all native New Yorkers with years of experience in the NYC real estate markets. Having completed multiple ground up and renovation projects Boomerang was formed. The company is currently developing a 12 story 23 unit condo building in prime downtown as well as a boutique condo renovation project in Cobble Hill.
