Our investment strategy is focused on acquiring value-add and stabilized commercial buildings with strong market fundamentals and high-quality corporate tenants. We invest our own capital and conduct due diligence, arrange financing and perform all asset management with our in-house staff. Curo has strong relationships with local property managers, leasing and investment sales brokers, architects, contractors, legal counsel and lenders in our key markets.
