David Winstanley formed Winstanley Associates in 1973. Two decades later, founded on his success in real estate development and investment, David joined forces with his sons, Adam and Carter, to form what is now Winstanley Enterprises. Since then, Winstanley has acquired and developed more than 115 properties comprising more than 16 million square feet across a wide range of asset classes including industrial & logistics, laboratory/biotech, retail, multi-family residential office. 

Winstanley leverages its asset management expertise with extensive joint venture and co-investing experience, having worked with a wide range of clients and partners, including various Fortune 500 companies, multinational conglomerates, private equity firms, universities, start-ups, and other mid-size companies. Winstanley has successfully developed these relationships based on its impressive real estate development track record and ability to creatively address its clients’ and partners’ specific needs.

Hard Hat Tours Underway for The Grist Mill in Chelmsford Model units are open and hard hat tours are also available for the upcoming luxury condo project The Grist Mill in Chelmsford. The project features 32 open-concept two bedroom residences with luxe finished and private outdoor space. The development, just 30 minutes north of Boston, is already 50% sold out and is expected to open this fall.

Chelmsford Development Property Mortgaged Winstanley Enterprises has mortgaged their property at 11 Cushing Place in Chelmsford, MA for $8 million via Enterprise Bank and Trust. The approved project is comprised of the demolition of all existing site improvements and the construction of a new, luxury, four-story, 70 unit apartment building. Associated improvements include an underground parking garage for tenants, reserved tenant parking, reserved retail parking, and public parking to support the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail and local businesses in the Center Village.
