The project will feature 68 luxury residences, a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Prices are currently ranging from $2195 to $3250 per month. Amenities at The Met will include a fitness studio, coffee bar, and penthouse club room.

The development, just 30 minutes north of Boston, is already 50% sold out and is expected to open this fall.

Chelmsford Development Property Mortgaged Winstanley Enterprises has mortgaged their property at 11 Cushing Place in Chelmsford, MA for $8 million via Enterprise Bank and Trust. The approved project is comprised of the demolition of all existing site improvements and the construction of a new, luxury, four-story, 70 unit apartment building. Associated improvements include an underground parking garage for tenants, reserved tenant parking, reserved retail parking, and public parking to support the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail and local businesses in the Center Village.
