Northern MA Office Park Financed for $27M KS Partners have financed the Highwood Office Park in Tewksbury, MA for $27M via Liberty Bank. The three-building park features around 279,000 square feet of class A office space on a 17+ acre lot. Amenities on-site include a cafe and fitness center.   

Hong Kong Based Investor Buys Seaport District Property The Nan Fung Group has acquired the property at 51 Sleeper Street in Boston's Seaport District for $115 million. The property features an 11 Story, 149,000 square foot mixed-use building that was constructed in 1924. The building is currently home to Hopsters Brewing Company and The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care's main office. The building also sits across the street from LL Bean's seaport store, Scorpion Bar, and The Grand.

1 Westinghouse Plaza located on the outskirts of Boston in Hyde Park recently undergone $6,500,000 in renovations to reposition the building as the ultimate industrial space in an area where there is not much of it.  Currently being leased by Phillip Verre from Cushman Wakefield.  

Chelsea Industrial Property Acquired for $32 Million The property at 22 Willow Street in Chelsea has been acquired by The Seyon Group for $32 million. 22 Willow Street is an industrial property amassing 300,000 square feet between four buildings. The property sits adjacent to Highland Park, a short distance from Boston Logan Airport, and minutes from Downtown Boston.

Permit Pulled for $3.2M Buildout at 116 Huntington A permit has been pulled for the build-out of the 14th & 15th floors at 116 Huntington in Back Bay. The $3.2 million permit includes new restrooms on each floor and the addition of an interconnecting staircase. The property was acquired by Columbia Property Trust in 2015 for $152M and underwent an extensive lobby, terraces, and exterior renovation in 2017.    

Reading Office Building Acquired for $32.25 Million The property at 55 Walkers Brook Drive has been acquired by JOSS Realty for $32.25 million. The property features a 138,000 square foot office and retail building overlooking Route 128 and is located a short distance from downtown Boston. This six-story, Class-A office tower features continuous ribbon windows with high-rise views, superior construction quality, 

51 Sleeper Street Trades for $91 Million The property at 51 Sleeper Street has been acquired by Brookfield Properties for $91 Million. The property features an 11 Story, 149,000 square foot mixed-use building that was constructed in 1924. Located in Boston's seaport district, the building is currently home to Hopsters Brewing Company and The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care's main office.
