The project does not include parking as it is adjacent to the MBTA redline.

Central Square Property, Currently Under Review for Redevelopment, Mortgaged for $32.625M Chevron Partners have mortgaged the property at 711-727 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge through HarborOne Bank for $32.625M. The historic building, former home to Cambridge Gas & Light was originally built in 1910 and currently features retail and restaurant uses. Chevron has proposed a 3 story addition to the property that would add 37 boutique hotel rooms.

The commercial space will include a 2,535 square foot restaurant. No parking is included on-site.

Leasing Underway for The Heights at Haverhill With construction nearly complete, leasing has kicked off for The Heights at Haverhill. The building features 42 modern homes ranging in size from 900 square feet, 1 bedrooms to nearly 1,200 square foot 2 bedroom/2baths. Rents range from $1895 to $3025 per month. Work Continues on BRIX Development in Salem With the foundation poured, crews continue work on BRIX, the upcoming residential development, in Salem, MA. The new multifamily project will feature 110,000 square feet of living space consisting of 61-units. The building will boast eight one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom, and nine three-bedroom units. Units will range in size from 800 to 1,700 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$400,000 range.

Chevron Partners Proposes Renovation/Addition to 727 Mass Ave Chevron Partners has submitted plans to the City of Cambridge for the renovation and addition to the former Gas & Light Building on Mass. Ave. Renovations to the building originally constructed in 1912, will increase and improve access to ground-floor retail space on Massachusetts Avenue, improve office space, and create a new elegant, sophisticated and intimate 37-room boutique hotel to serve and reinforce the diversity and vibrancy of Central Square.

The Heights will feature 42 loft-style apartments along with a host of amenities including a sky-lounge and roof deck.
