Work Continues on BRIX Development in Salem With the foundation poured, crews continue work on Brix, the upcoming residential development, in Salem, MA. The new multifamily project will feature 110,000 square feet of living space consisting of 61-units. The building will boast eight one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom, and nine three-bedroom units. Units will range in size from 800 to 1,700 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$400,000 range.


Kendall East

Core Work Underway at Kendall East With the foundation nearly in place, work has started on the concrete core for the Kendall East development along First Street in Cambridge. The project will include 136 apartments along with over 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. An expansive half-acre courtyard will provide green space accessible to the neighborhood. Construction is expected to be completed in 2021.


The Heights at Haverhill

Interior Finishing Ongoing for The Heights at Haverhill Modern interior finishes are being installed within the new 10-story riverfront tower in downtown Haverhill. The Heights will feature 42 loft-style apartments along with a host of amenities including a sky-lounge and roof deck. The project will also offer restaurant space and classrooms and a test kitchen, for the Lupoli Family School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts, an extension of Northern Essex Community College. Roslindale Apartment Building Acquired for $14.44 Million The luxury apartment building, Parkside at Adams, has been acquired by Corcoran for $14,446,290. The property features a mixed-use development project containing 43 apartment residences and approximately 7,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Parkside on Adams has restored the historic Roslindale power substation, which once powered Boston's electric streetcar system.

Construction Continues on 1470 Tremont in Mission Hill Construction continues for the mixed-use development project at 1470 Tremont St. in the heart of Mission Hill. The building will feature 33 apartments with a 1,200 square foot ground-floor retail space. As part of the development, the facades of several existing puddingstone houses have been preserved and incorporated into the design. The project will also include a street-level parking garage with 10 spaces and covered parking for 33 bicycles.

Construction Continues on Kendall East Construction is ongoing for the upcoming mix-use project at 107-139 First Street in East Cambridge. The two-building project will include 136 apartments along with 14,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units will range in size from studios through three bedrooms, many featuring private outdoor space. The buildings will share two-level underground garage consisting of 142 spaces and an additional 159 bicycle spaces. An expansive half-acre courtyard will join the parcels, providing green space and stadium seating for the neighborhood. Construction of the complex is expected to be completed in 2021. 


River's Edge

The project includes "green" office/lab buildings and luxury housing, as well as restaurants and retail. The River's Edge development is a 30-acre project that also includes over 500 units of housing along with a riverfront park. River's Edge is located minutes from Boston and Cambridge just north of the Wellington MBTA station in Medford, MA. The forthcoming landscape will provide more accommodation for the growing population at the site, as well as new sculptural gardens, plazas with dining areas, activity and play spaces.
