$2M Plumbing Permit Pulled for Phase 2 of Packard Crossing A permit valued at $2M has been pulled for the underground plumbing install for phase 2 of Packard Crossing along Brighton Avenue. The new building will include 76 apartments along with 3,050 square feet of retail space and a 175 space below-grade parking garage.

Construction Continues on Phase 2 of Packard Crossing Foundation work is now advancing for Phase Two of Packard Crossing in Allston, metal framing is being laid for cement pouring. The two-building project will include a total of 114 apartments along with 3,050 square feet of retail space. Resident amenities will include a landscaped roof deck and a fitness center.

Permits Pulled for $5.2M in Capital Improvement Projects at 1079 Commonwealth Ave Hamilton Construction Management has pulled a series of permits valued at over $5.2M for capital improvement projects to Atrium on Commonwealth. The mixed-use project along Commonwealth Avenue features ground-floor retail space and 187 apartments. The capital projects include roof replacement and concrete column & slab repairs in the two-level parking garage.

CO Issued for First Phase of Packard Crossing A temp. certificate of occupancy has been issued for the first phase of Packard Crossing in Allston. The new building, which has restored and integrated the existing Victorian house on the site, includes 38 apartments along with 39 parking spaces. Phase Two of the project, for which foundation was underway before the construction pause will include another 76 apartments, along with 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 175 space parking garage.

Foundation Work Underway for Phase Two at Packard Crossing Foundation work is now underway for Phase Two of Packard Crossing in Allston. Leasing has also kicked off for the first phase of the project, along Gardner Street. Phase one includes 38 apartments. Phase two, along Brighton Avenue, will include below-grade parking for 175 cars plus 76 apartments & 3,050 square feet of retail space.

Removal of the building will make way for phase II of Packard Crossing. The new building will feature 76 units, 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a below-grade parking garage with 175 spaces.

Facade Install Nearly Complete for 1st Phase of Packard Crossing Facade install is almost complete for the first phase of the Packard Crossing development in Allston. This first phase integrates the new four-story building into the existing Victorian house on the site and will feature 38 apartments. Underneath the building, a parking garage was also constructed with space for 39 cars. The second phase of the project will construction another larger building along Brighton Avenue to feature 76 units and around 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail along with another  175 parking spaces.

Construction Complete for Douglass Park Expansion Project Construction is now complete on the new 5-story residential building at 150 Camden Street in Boston's South End, an expansion of the existing Douglass Park Apartments. The new building features 44 apartments, one, two, and three bedrooms with 8 units designated affordable. Residents will have access to the existing building's gated courtyard, garage parking, and fitness center.

Interior Finishing Wrapping up For Douglass Park Expansion The Hamilton Company is wrapping up interior finishing for the 44 rental units along Camden Street in Boston's South End. The new building is an expansion of the existing Douglass Park Apartments and residents will have access to the community's gated courtyard and fitness center. New units will range in size from 1 through three bedrooms.

Exterior Work Ongoing for Phase One of Packard Crossing Construction is ongoing with windows in place and exterior work moving forward for Phase One of Packard Crossing in Allston. This first phase of the project will include 38 rental units between the new construction building and the renovated Victorian house on the site. The second phase of Packard Crossing will construct a second new building at 45-55 Brighton Avenue containing 76 residential units and 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail. 


Douglass Park Expansion Project

Douglass Park Expansion Nearing Completion The new five-story residential building along Camden Street in the South End is nearing completion.  The Douglass Park expansion will include 44 new residential units.  Residents of this new building will have access to Douglass Park's existing fitness center and gated courtyard. The property is located just steps from Northeastern and the MBTA Orange Line.
