Haris Design & Construction Co. (HDC) is a multi-discipline fast growing American-owned and managed company. Since its inception in 1991, we have provided construction services on Design-Build, Bid-Build projects in addition to fast track scheduling and construction management on IDIQ, JOC, MATOC, and MAC contracts. With over 20 years experience executing contracts in the Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia, HDC has the experience and management structure to quickly and successfully complete a wide range of project types as well as the corporate organizational structure to effectively manage multiple concurrent fast-track projects in multiple locations. We have built a strong reputation of providing quality “fast track” services without missing a deadline, compromising a schedule, or exceeding the budget.
