Framing Ongoing for Allston Multi-Family Development Framing is ongoing for the upcoming 30 unit residential project at 44 North Beacon Street near Allston's Union Square. Units within the building will range in size from studios through three bedrooms with parking for 19 cars below grade. A common courtyard will also be added along North Beacon Street featuring landscaping and local art installations.  


One Newcomb Place

Framing in Place for Roxbury Apt. Project Framing is in place for One Newcomb Place as window install begins. The project will include 23 units in total, a mix of one through 3 bedrooms. The tight infill lot is located just off Washington Street with easy access to the SilverLine and downtown.

Interior Finishing Back Underway for The Meetinghouse Interior finishes are going in at The Meetinghouse along Hancock Street in Dorchester. the project features 36 apartments, 21 designated affordable, along with 720 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 400-square-foot ground-floor gallery housing community artwork. 105 Washington Street

Framing Wrapping Up for 105 Washington in Somerville Wood Framing is nearly complete for the multi-family building at 105 Washington Street in Somerville. The project will feature 7 units, a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with 7 parking spaces on site.  Resident will also have access to a communal roof deck along with a bicycle room, and car charging stations.  


14 Palmer Street

$2M Permit Pulled for Partial Conversion To Lodging at 14 Palmer St Haycon Construction has pulled a permit valued at $2M to convert around 13,000 square feet of space on the 2nd floor of the Roxbury building to 21 rooms of lodging with shared amenity space.  The building, originally built in 1920 currently features ground floor retail/office space and apartments on part of the upper floors.

Facade Install Well Underway at 233 Hancock Street in Dorchester Siding install is rapidly progressing at 233 Hancock Street in Dorchester. The new mixed-use project will include 36 apartments, 720 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 400-square-foot ground-floor gallery housing community artwork. 21 residences at 233 Hancock Street will be designated affordable. The project will also include a 22 car parking garage.

The project will feature a mix of nine 1-bedrooms, six 2-bedrooms, six 3-bedrooms, and two 3-bedroom duplexes. Parking will be provided in a neighboring surface lot owned by the development team.

Plumbing Permit Pulled for 233 Hancock St. A permit for plumbing install has been pulled for 233 Hancock Street in Dorchester. The project will feature 36 apartments plus 720 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 400-square-foot ground-floor gallery housing community artwork. 21 residences at 233 Hancock Street will be designated affordable to households earning between 60% and 100% AMI.

South End Property Refinanced for $21.5 Million The property at 1065 Tremont Street has been refinanced via Peoples United Bank for $21.5 million. The property features a 31,500 square foot building containing 28 apartment residences. Apartments include five 1-bedrooms, nine 1-bedrooms with studies, three 2-bedrooms, seven 2-bedrooms with studies, two 3-bedrooms, one 4-bedroom duplex and one 4-bedroom duplex with a study. Four apartments are designated affordable.

South End Development Secures $8.5 Million in Financing The project at One Newcomb Place in the South End has secured $8.5 million in financing via Needham Bank. The approved development will feature 23 apartment residences, which will include nine 1-bedrooms, six 2-bedrooms, six 3-bedrooms, and two 3-bedroom duplexes. 3 residences at One Newcomb Place will be designated affordable. Parking will be provided in a neighboring surface lot owned by the development team.


44 North Beacon Street

Building Permit Pulled for 44 North Beacon A building permit valued at $9M has been pulled for the project at 44 North Beacon Street in Allston. The upcoming 30 unit project will offer units ranging in size from studios through three bedrooms. The building will also include 1,500 square feet of amenity space plus a rooftop terrace and a 19 car parking garage.


105 Washington Street

Concrete Core in Place at 105 Washington St. in Somerville The concrete core is in place for 105 Washington Street in Somerville. This project will include 7 residential units,  a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes ranging in size from around 800 square feet to 1680 for a three-bedroom duplex. The project will also include a common roof deck for residents and parking for 7 cars. The Somerville site is located near Union Square and just a block from the soon-to-arrive Green Line Station.
