Final Touches Underway for The Sudbury: Leasing Kicks off This Summer With leasing to kick off this summer, finishing touches are underway for The Sudbury. The 45-story tower is the first building within the nearly 3 million square foot Bulfinch Crossing development. The Sudbury will offer luxurious homes for both renters and buyers with 368 apartments & 55 condos. The condos will range in size from 1738 to 2766 square feet, with just 5 homes per floor. Condo residents will also have access to an exclusive rooftop garden on the 48th floor. Other amenities, accessible for all residents will include a resort-style pool deck with lounge areas, a wrap-around 32nd floor Sky Deck with fire pits, and a Sky Lounge.

$10.8M Electrical Permit Issued for One Congress An electrical permit valued at over $10.8M has been pulled by J&M Brown for One Congress. One Congress, the upcoming 600-foot office tower as part of Bulfinch Crossing will feature over 1 million square feet of Class A office space.  Amenities will include a grand three-story lobby, conference facilities, and a one-acre landscaped terrace.

Bulfinch Crossing Secures $570 Million in Construction Financing The Bulfinch Crossing development has secured $570 million in construction financing via Wells Fargo. Bulfinch Crossing is a 2.9-million-square-foot multi-phased development project that will replace the existing above-grade concrete Government Center Garage with six mixed-use buildings, a pedestrian-friendly streetscape and a public plaza on two appropriately-scaled urban blocks spread across approximately 4.8 acres. The demolition of a major portion of the garage over Congress Street will allow for daylight to shine on Congress Street for the first time in more than 40 years.

The building will feature over 1M square feet of Class A office space along with 10,800 square feet of retail plus parking for 1159 cars. Building amenities will include a grand three-story lobby, conference facilities, a third-party operated fitness center, and a 1-acre landscaped terrace. The permit is valued at over $346M.

The luxury building will include 368 apartments and 55 condominiums for a total of 423 residential units. Resident amenities will include a rooftop garden and sky lounge along with a fitness center, pool, and concierge service. The first units within the project are expected to open spring 2020.

Bulfinch Crossing's Residential Tower Taking Shape The upcoming 45-story residential tower, the first phase of Bulfinch Crossing, is taking shape with framing rising and facade/curtain wall install ongoing. The 480-foot tower will include 368 apartments along with 55 condo homes. All residents will have access to a suite of luxury amenities including a rooftop garden and lounge, fitness facility and pool, and sky lounge. First residents are expected to take occupancy in Spring 2020. Additionally, Carr Properties, the co-owner of the development announced that they have become 75% owners of the project with the remaining 25% still belonging to National Real Estate Advisors.
