CO Issued for First Units at Quincy Multifamily A certificate of occupancy has been issued for the first group of units complete at The Q at Quarry Hills. The 2 building complex will feature a total of 269 apartments currently ranging in price from $1925 through $2,885 per month. Amenities on-site include coworking space, a golf simulator, and a roof deck with outdoor kitchen, seating, and views of Boston. Interior Finishing Ongoing for The Q at Quarry Hills Interior finishing is ongoing for both buildings at The Q at Quarry Hills with first units now expected to open in early May with the second building following in August. The development will feature a total of 269 apartments along with numerous amenity spaces including a rooftop deck with panoramic views of Boston’s skyline, communal workspace, fitness center, and game room.

Pre-Leasing Kicks off for The Q at Quarry Hills: First Units Expected to Open in January With interior finishing underway for the first building and facade install nearly complete for the 2nd, pre-leasing has now kicked off The Q at Quarry Hills in Quincy. First units are expected to be complete in January. Floorplans range in size from 600+ square-foot studios through 1270 square foot 2 bedrooms with Prices from $1900 - $2775 per month.

Work Continues on Building Envelope for 1st Building at The Q at Quarry Hills  Work is ongoing for the building envelope at the first of two building at The Q at Quarry Hills. The new apartment complex will feature 269 apartments in total, a mix of studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms. Resident amenities are set to include two courtyards, a fitness center, and business center. The buildings also have underground parking to accommodate up to 224 cars with additional surface parking also available. Construction on the first building is expected to be complete sometime this fall.

Framing in Place for the 1st Building at The Q at Quarry Hills Framing is in place with sheathing going up for the first of two buildings at The Q at Quarry Hills. The Quincy development is set to include 269 apartments between 2 5-story buildings. Community amenities will include a resident’s lounge and club room, outdoor landscaped courtyards with water features and seating areas, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen, plus a fitness center. First units are expected to be ready for occupancy in late 2019.

$58 Million Secured for Quincy DevelopmentEquity Residential has secured $58 million in financing for the Quarry Hills II Apartments in Quincy, MA.The apartment complex will consist of two five-story, wood-framed residential buildings, a mix of (2) studios, (144) one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and (123) two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Amenities feature two courtyards that will include a firepit, outdoor kitchen, lounge area and water features, as well as a clubroom, business center, and state-of-the-art fitness center and spa.

Construction starting on 269-unit luxury apartment community in Quincy Foundation construction is expected to begin imminently on Quarry Hills II, a 269-unit luxury apartment community located in Quincy a short drive from the junction of Interstate 93 and Route 3. Quarry Hills II will feature two new-construction buildings expected to open in Summer 2019. About 50% of apartments at Quarry Hills II will be one-bedrooms, and about 50% will be two-bedrooms. Quarry Hills II will be located next to the Granite Links Golf Club a short drive from the MBTA Red Line and Commuter Rail as well as Interstate 95/128, offering a lush green setting minutes from Downtown Boston.
