Renaissance Real Estate Investments was founded in 2001 by Lewis Legon. After a successful career as a senior executive in several corporations, Mr. Legon started Renaissance. With a passion for creating beautiful homes, the model was built on renovating historic or neglected buildings that were in need of a total overhaul and transforming them into high-end residences. Renaissance’s geographic focus has been the South End neighborhood of Boston, with a focus on comprehensive Brownstone renovation.

Renaissance has completed projects ranging from 2 to 8 unit buildings. These projects start with a complete gutting of the building, creating an opportunity for a re-creation of the living space. This allows for optimal space utilization along with the ability to construct modern infrastructure and desired amenities. Several projects were historic re-creations, as these buildings had an impressive past in historic neighborhoods. In all cases, his experienced team of contractors and suppliers have been adept at creating outstanding living spaces. Over this past decade, there is now a long list of satisfied condominium/home owners.
