Trinity Place Holdings Inc. (“TPHS”) Was Founded In 2012 And Is Headquartered In New York City. We are a strong and dynamic team with decades of experience in all aspects of real estate development, finance, leasing, and asset management. Our board of directors consists of seasoned business leaders who share their depth and diversity of experiences in real estate with the management team. We own, invest in, manage, develop and redevelop real estate assets and real estate-related securities. Our largest single asset is currently 77 Greenwich Street (aka the Trinity Place Property), a 300,000 SF mixed-use condominium project which is currently under development in Lower Manhattan. In the retail sector, we own a retail box in Paramus, New Jersey currently under redevelopment. We also control a growing platform of newly-constructed multifamily assets including co-ownership of The Berkley and 250 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and 100% ownership of 237 11th Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
