$1.8M Permit Pulled for Exterior Plaza Renovations at One Beacon

Gilbane has pulled a permit valued at $1.8M for renovations to the exterior plaza at One Beacon Street. The project will include selective demo with the install of new pavers, planters, and landscaping plus site services. The 1M+ square foot office tower was originally built in 1972.
