10 Prospect Street Tops Off in Somerville's Union Square
Framing has topped out at 10 Prospect Street in Somerville, with raising the final beam into place. Part of the USQ area development, 10 Prospect calls for 194,000 SF of Class-A lab/life science floorspace off the MBTA Green Line extension. USQ calls for 2.4 million square feet of development across 15.7-acres.
