USQ Team Celebrates Opening of Union Square Station Plaza
Earlier this week, Mayor Katjana Ballantyne joined us the USQ Development Team to celebrate the opening of Union Square Station Plaza! By transforming an old metal scrap yard into a public oasis, Station Plaza responds to the community's desire for more open space, delivering an 18,000-square-foot public open space that links USQ’s initial phase with the existing fabric of the neighborhood. This is the first of 12 public open spaces that are part of the USQ master plan. Located at 50 Prospect Street, Station Plaza connects USQ’s new life sciences building and residential tower, 10-50 Prospect Street, with the entrance to the new transit station, Union Square Station.
