100-Story Miami Waldorf Astoria Groundbreaking Scheduled for September
Progress continues on the foundation work at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences in downtown Miami. The planned 100-story building is expected to break ground before the end of September, according to a spokesperson for the developer.
The mixed-use tower will yield 360 condo units and a 205 room hotel. 87% of the 360 condos have been sold.
