100+ Units Planned for JP Monastery Redevelopment
The Holland Companies has filed a Letter of Intent for the redevelopment of The Franciscan Poor Clare Nuns Monastery along Centre Street in Jamaica Plain. Plans call for renovation of the 54,000 square-foot monastery to include 20 apartments along with 20K SF of office, daycare, and fitness space. A new Mass Timber building would also be constructed as part of the project to include 90 condos.
