110 Savin Hill Avenue mixed-use development in Dorchester receives final approval
The City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has approved 110 Savin Hill Avenue, a mixed-use development in Dorchester featuring nine market-rate condominium residences and a 10,574-square-foot commercial/retail building, allowing the project to proceed with construction. The development will replace a long-vacant single-story retail building and two houses with two new-construction buildings, one along Sydney Street containing residences and one at the corner of Sydney Street and Savin Hill Avenue containing commercial/retail space. Condominiums will include one 1-bedroom, six 2-bedrooms and two 3-bedrooms.
