12-Story Mixed-Use Project Coming to Hell's Kitchen
Demolition has wrapped up at 439 West 36th Street in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, ahead of a 12-story, mixed-use project, set to rise on the site.
Developed by , the new building will contain rental apartments, square feet of ground-floor retail, and 277 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level and a roof deck.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to take until August of 2025.
