6-Story Condo Project Tops Out in Long Island City

General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 6-story, mixed-use development, going up at 40-46 24th Street in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by , and known as "Mason", the building is set to contain condo units, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. A number of these residences will come with private balconies. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.

Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. The project site sits on the corner of 41st Avenue and 24th Street. Construction is expected to finish sometime in the fall of this year.
