120+ Unit Apartment Building Coming to Pelham
Known as Pelham house, the development at 215 Fifth Avenue will bring 127 apartments, with six affordable units for households at 80% of the area's AMI, to the Village of Pelham. In addition to the residential component, the project includes 5,000 sqft of retail space, 160 tenant parking spaces, and 60 public parking spaces. Also included in the project's scope is a municipal center for the community.
Construction on the project is expected to break ground this summer and be completed in 2025.
