1400+ Residential Units Approved in Alexandria
The Alexandria City Council has voted to approve the updated plans for the 1400+ unit Carlyle Plaza project. The phased development will include a total of 1,414 residential units in total, a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms along with 1,164 parking spaces and up to 15,000 square feet of retail space. In lieu of on-site affordable units, the development team will $6.1 million to the city’s Housing Trust Fund.
