FAA Permits Issued for North Miami Condominium Tower

 

 

The Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) has issued permits for ONE Park Tower by Turnberry at SoLe’ Mia, a new condominium tower in North Miami. Aventura-based Turnberry is developing the project, which will reach a height of 370 feet. Set within the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in the heart of North Miami, the 32-story tower will deliver 299 bespoke residences overlooking a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon™ and surrounded by pristine natural landscapes, with access to a private beach, amenities created to offer residents a sophisticated lifestyle, and ocean views. Consisting of spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, plus a collection of penthouses, floorplans feature dens and large powder rooms – and are designed to fit a range of lifestyles. Amenities will include green space with eight miles of biking and running trails, pool, pickleball courts, fitness center, resident lounge with a library, co-working space and event rooms, and a children’s playroom.
