Concrete Poured at The WELL Bay Harbor Islands
The concrete pour has begun on levels two and three at The WELL Bay Harbor Islands. The development is an eight-story luxury building with 54 residences, 22,000 square feet of amenities, a fitness and wellness center, and a signature food and beverage establishment. The project also includes 102,000-square-feet of office space across four floors, a lobby, and rooftop. The condominiums will range from 924 to 3,291 square feet. The development will include rooftop amenities, parking, and an elevated plaza. Completion is expected in Q2 2025.
