17-Story Mixed-Use Project Proposed By Developers In Ojus, FL
Developers, 13th Floor Investment has proposed to build a mixed-use structure at 19680 and 19770 West Dixie Highway near Aventura. The 190 foot structure is being designed by Corwil Architects and will feature 350 multifamily residential units, approximately 5,300 square feet of ground floor retail, and 545 parking spaces. City officials are now reviewing the pre-application and zoning application for the project. Stay tuned for more updates on this project!
