Developers Secure $102M Construction Loan For Mixed-Use Multi-Family Complex In Delray Beach
13th Floor Investment scored a $102 million construction loan from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce to build the master-planned mixed-use residential complex called, Parks at Delray. The project will feature 420 apartments and townhouses for rent in three-story and five-story buildings on 25 acres at 2400 Palm Drive. Parks at Delray is currently undergoing phase one of construction. Developers plan to finish construction for the first set of homes in 2024.
