170 Affordable Units Approved for Final Seaport Square Development Phase
WS Development has won approval a change of plans for the final phase of development in the Seaport Square area in response to community meetings and changing market demands. 80,000 square-feet of planned lab space at Block F and Block L6 has been dropped in favor of 170 additional units and open space.
When complete, the final buildout will feature 1,400,000 square-feet of mixed-use floorspace.
