1785 Columbus Ave Refinanced for $34.61 Million
WaterMark Development has refinanced their development at 1785 Columbus Ave in Roxbury for $34.61 million via Eastern Bank and private lenders.
The approved 7-story, 139,200 square foot office building with ground-floor retail which will be located on Columbus Avenue in Roxbury steps to Egleston Square and the MBTA Orange Line. Approximately 48,000 square feet of office space across the 2nd and 3rd floors will be used by Horizons for Homeless Children for childcare and administration. An additional 87,500 square feet of office space will be designed for social service programs.
