19-Story Condo Project Tops Out in Gramercy Park

General contractor, , has shared new progress photos, depicting the topped-out superstructure of a 19-story residential tower, going up at 200 East 20th Street in Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood.

With the skeleton of the building complete, the focus has now shifted to the exterior, where the team is beginning to install the first section of curtainwall panels. The sleek facade design will feature a unique, copper trim, with rounded cladding and curved glass in the corners.

Developed by , the tower is set to contain condo units. It will offer only one unit per story on the 17th, 18th, and 19th floors, with the penthouse boasting a private outdoor terrace. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a children's playroom, a bicycle storage area, and a pet spa. The structure will also have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.

Designed by , 200 East 20th Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Late last year, lender, BHI, provided $80 million in financing, which is being used to fund all construction costs from start to finish. The project is ultimately scheduled to complete by June 11th of 2024.
