Facade Installation Progresses at 200 East 20th Street
General contractor, , has now installed a large portion of the facade, at 200 East 20th Street; a 19-story, residential tower, going up in Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood.
The sleek facade design will feature a unique, copper trim, with rounded cladding and curved glass in the corners.
Developed by , the tower is set to contain condo units. It will offer only one unit per story on the 17th, 18th, and 19th floors, with the penthouse boasting a private outdoor terrace. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a children's playroom, a bicycle storage area, and a pet spa. The structure will also have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , 200 East 20th Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Late in 2022, lender, BHI, provided $80 million in financing, which is being used to fund all construction costs from start to finish. The project is ultimately scheduled to complete by June 11th of 2024.
