19 Units Planned for Palisades Corner
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of 4885 MacArthur Boulevard NW in the Palisades neighborhood of Ward 3. The project would include 19 residential units and retain the existing ground floor retail. The project also retains the existing triangular plaza to the north and the developer plans to cover the seated area with a terrace. Private open space is located on the rooftop for residents to enjoy and balconies are attached to a number of the residential units. The Project will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
